Returns & Exchanges: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all hair products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, altered, or removed from its original packaging. If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
